Paleo/Primal in the UK and West Mids

Hi all

Are there any followers of the Paleo Primal lifestyle here in the UK?

I have been doing Primal on and off since 2010, bur decided to get serious about it in May this year - so far down 27lb

Would also like to hear from anyone in West Midlands or South Staffs for general mutual fitness and health support
