Hi there am a bit confused as to how this works but is it that when you lose weight your calorie intake goes down ? Also how do I add friends on here x Thanks

    As you lose weight, your calorie goal should go down, yes. A smaller body burns less calories. But many people find that it doesn't update automatically, by going through (and confirming or changing) your weight less settings, you should get a new calorie goal. Every 5 to 10lbs lost or so, no need to update daily.

    As for adding friends: tap on their username - a window will pop up. Tap on their username again and you'll be taken to a page when you'll see the option to send a friend request.
