I have been here before but gave up.
I was at my highest 300 pounds finally down to 276.
I need motivation and friends please! Its been so hard to stay doing this life style change. My husband encourages me but he doesn't help by eating every single junk food he can in front of me....its been awful lol

You can do this!! I have lost 48lbs so far. Just take it 1 day at a time.0 -
I'm back with 40lbs to lose - is there a section to log BP Readings? I'm pre-hypertension and pre-diabetes so am tracking BP daily and want to avoid Meds0

I'm back too! Back in 2012 I successfully lost 40 lbs with the support of the amazing MFP community and the great MFP tools. I've been able to keep the weight off until... LOCKDOWN. And... UGH... I've gained 20 lbs since March, thanks to boredom eating, stress eating, no gym access. I'm frustrated with myself because I KNOW better! So here I am... ready to start logging again and looking forward to reading amazing inspirational stories and posts again! Hello MFP community!0
