I walked over 10,000 steps and this app adjust to say I burned 100 calories. Can I shut this off?

Sounds like you have a fitness tracker synched. Unsynch it.
Premium MFP will let you turn off adding back exercise calories.
IMO not a great idea, as a generality, if you got your calorie goal from MFP, and in the way the documentation says to do.
100 calories extra deficit probably isn't a problem. Several hundred can be a problem, if consistent, and already pursuing an aggressive weight loss rate. Losing too fast creates health risk, and increases chances of giving up or counterproductively bingeing.3
