Getting healthy again after isolating for so long

Hi all! In March after the world shut down, I was out of work and school was shut down. Admittedly, my eating habits got worse and worse, and exercise was non existent in my life. I have gained about 40 pounds since then.
Since last week, I've been exercising for at least an hour a day, and going out for walks almost every evening. I've also been tracking calories and choosing healthier foods. I'm already down 2 lbs since last week, and I am so glad I started!

This year has definitely taken a toll on a lot of us with the whole uncertainty and issues that are beyond our control. The first step of fighting back is deciding to do something about it and you are here..so round of applause and Welcome! You've got this...you can do it! Some days will be better than others and you might go off track a few times and THAT's OKAY, you will pick yourself up and get right back at it.0
