What's on your grocery list?

I work two jobs and lead an incredibly busy life, and I find myself gravitating towards the same foods every day just because they are easy to grab on the go.

I am in desperate need of some new ideas. What are the staples on your grocery list each week?

Thank you!

I am going grocery shopping at Costco this weekend, here is my list:

    Bananas - 3 packets;
Bag of grapefruit - 1 bag
    Grapes - 1 packet
    2 large bottles Green Smoothie
    Mixed Salad - 1
    2 packets tomatoes
    1 packet cucumber - 3 in packet
    1 box mangoes
    1 bag plantains
4 packets wild salmon - fillet (some times two in packet - fresh)
1 packet organic chicken - 6 packets in total
    2 bags frozen mixed vegetables
1 packet Costco frozen salmon burgers
    2 bottles Kirkland salted cashews
    1 packet coconut chips
    1 x 4 packet Kerry Gold butter
    1 bottle coconut oil
    2 bottles Blaze balsamic vinegar
    Bag of potatoes
    Bag of red onion
    Packet of mixed peppers
2 packets Gala apples - to make ginger beer
    2 bottles cereal
1 box Kirkland Organic milk = 4 boxes
    2 x 3 bottles of carrot juice = 6
    Packet Dubliner cheese
1 large bag black beans (uncooked)
    2 bottles almond butter
    2 packets of wraps
    Packet of aubergines
    Bok Choy
2 Packets of fresh string beans = 4 packets

I refuse to grocery shop every week, this is my shopping for the next 4-6 weeks for two people. The only thing I buy is fruits. Its for me, gives me time to do what I want, our food is cooked from scratched every day. I normally freeze my bananas and mangoes to use in smoothies.

The black beans I cook in the pressure cooker and eat with either salmon or salmon burger along with the mixed vegetables. Other times we may have salmon salad, or black lentils with grated cheese, salmon burger and salsa.
