I’ve created a group for women That have had C-sections And are either getting back to working out or just starting years after. place to share tips and advice things that work things that don’t and to encourage each other along the way. I am a mother of four my first 16 years ago was a C-section my second pregnancy was natural and my third was twins delivered by C-section eight years ago.
