The idea of this post is to issue a specific (and achievable) workout challenge. The next poster to respond will accept that challenge and commit to doing it ASAP, but before the day is up. They then issue a challenge for the next person.

I feel like y'all should turn this into some sort of motivational thread where each subsequent challenger posts a photo or a GIF of them in the process of doing what they accepted as their challenge.

Oooh me like! But I already have my GIFt me your lifts thread! I am good with either, really and think GIFs are always a good idea haha.
Also, I was thinking that any challenge could be accepted... So if someone can't do burpees, then they could accept the pushup challenge, as long as they say what challenge they accept and then share their own.

Next Challenge: Calf Raises 4x10 with just bodyweight or 3x10 with extra weights, whichever gets you to the burn 🔥
Challenge accepted! And complete. Did 4 sets of 10 body weight because my ankle still isn't quite right.
Next challenge: side plank 30s each side. (if you need to split it into two or three sets, thats fine too!)2 -
