Looking for recommendations: Rest Day Stretching/Yoga

Hi everyone. I’m getting back into exercising and today is my rest day from walking/jogging. I’m looking for a guided stretching or light yoga to do. I’m aiming for a 10-20 minute beginner level thing preferably to keep my muscles moving without working them too hard. Does anyone have recommended videos or YouTube channels to check out?

I think Rodney Yee's AM yoga is about 15 minutes. I started doing it in the late 90's, but incorporated it into my own flow and haven't done the DVD since the early 2000s. I couldn't find it on youtube today (other times I have), but here's the DVD:

I'm not familiar with "Yoga with Adrienne" but people here always speak highly of her.
Another option is foam rolling. I do this before, and sometimes after, yoga, and also after shoveling snow, snow shoeing, heavy gardening, etc.0
