I am back, again. I have been on here and off again for several years. I have also been on WW, but now I am back. I am a 42 year old woman who works at least 53 hours a week and commute about 2 hrs everyday. I do not have children, only a sweet husband. When I get home most days, we do not have a sit down dinner. It is usually junk food or fast food, for dinner. I could use some tips and recipes for fast meals.
As far as working out, I do have a gym membership but due to Covid, I refuse to go. I am a severe asthmatic and dont want to risk getting sick. So I recently bought a elliptical (has not arrived yet), so I can work out.
I am welcoming of any tips and advice you want to give me. I need to lose weight for me and my family's sake.
