MapMyRun connection

Hi,

I'm new. Just started running today and using MapMyRun. Does anyone know how I can upload those runs into MFP?

    I use mapmyrun and apple watch. in mmr, you have to go to the menu, then click add apps and devices... I also add apple watch using same process...
