Ok can someone help with this? I need to figure out my macronutrients for 1 cup of this rice (cooked) I feel a lil inadequate at this point. I have never tracked macros sooo I’m struggling a bit.

So, the nutritional information seems to be for uncooked rice at 160 calories per 45 grams. I'm sure it's uncooked as uncooked rice has roughly 360 calories per 100gr. Did you weigh the dry rice before cooking it? Then that's the easiest way. If not but you only took out one portion then you can weigh the bag, take a few grams off for the packaging and then you have the amount of rice you used.
Weighing cooked might be problematic as every way of cooking rice preserves a different amount of water in it, and hence the amount is very uncertain.1 -
I didn’t weigh it prior to cooking, I cooked it and measured out 1 cup 😐0

Right, that's a bit more tricky. I would, for today simply assume that what you ate will be off with regards to calories. There are some database entries for cups, cooked. Cups are not really a thing around here, thus I'm afraid I can't really help you with that. Maybe someone else can chime in?2

Hey guys, please help Sweetland! I don't know what to do with cups, thus maybe those of you across the ocean have a better idea0

1 cup cooked is roughly 1.33 serving = 213 cal..
That is if you used the right amount of water
Per direction.

Based on the label 3/4 cup cooked is 160 cal, so 1 cup cooked would be 213 cal (what the post above says, or 160/.75).
If you check the USDA site, 1 cup of white rice, medium grain, cooked (you can be more specific to whatever type of rice yours is) is 242 cals (https://fdc.nal.usda.gov/fdc-app.html#/food-details/168930/nutrients).
I'd search for an entry for white rice cooked and pick one where one cup is between 213 and 242, probably.0
