How do you manually input a meal?

hello everyone, I see where I can create a meal but I can’t figure out how to add the calories/fat/carbs manually. I use a meal prep company where at the nutrition facts are labeled in so it would be easy for me just to input a custom meal that says meal prep and list the macros but i can’t figure out how to do it simply without being forced to search for each ingredient and click on it.

Try using the scanner! I haven’t tried it yet but apparently you can scan the barcode on the item you’re trying to find, and it should be able to pop up. Hope this helps a little!0

Yes if the meal has a barcode on it, simply scan it. Just check to make sure the information previously entered into the database is correct0
