Forgot dinner, now what?

Hey guys, I forgot to eat dinner after my late night workout after a long day at work (I haven’t mastered getting to work on time and getting a good early morning workout yet, so late nights is the best I can accomplish). So What should I do? Just go to bed or have something light first?

    If you're hungry and it doesn't cause issues with sleep, eat, if you're not hungry, don't. You can use those calories another day.

    Or a small protein shake (like half a scoop) and half the amount of water so you don't need to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night 😭

    Scramble an egg with whatever leftovers you have hanging about in the fridge. Top with a pinch of cheese. Eat as is or roll up in a tortilla.

    Too late. But I agree with eat a little, if it won’t bother your sleep. Then you won’t wake up in the morning ravenous and eat lots of things you shouldn’t before you realize what you’re doing. Or worse, wake up in the middle of the night ravenous and can’t sleep until you eat.
