Have to get myself back up to my 4 miles

I was down with a bad toe sprain for the past 3 weeks so that set me back. I still have brusing but no where near as bad as 3 weeks ago. I had it sprained had to keep off my toe with an ace bandage and ice and aleve. I also got an accurate scale that will weigh me correctly I start with my 1 mile jogging during the winter/ fall months and work on building back my 4 miles. would welcome friendships and support to help me on this
