Hey,
I may have introduced myself here but I am doing do again. I am running the Premium version of the app. Liking it pretty much. It is great how much development that has gone into it. I am trying to improve my health, eat better and exercise more. I would love to hear from others and learn what your health goals are.

Hi Chris!!! Welcome, and happy you like the app!
My goals are to lose another 13 pounds and then re-evaluate and right now to make it through the holidays with my sanity intact!
Once the holidays are over, then it's time to clean up my eating, more specifically, less alcohol, more fruits and veggies and hitting my protein numbers. On the exercise side, to get back into a weight lifting routine 3 days a week.
What's your game plan for improving health?1
