Anyone using Walk At Home app?

I am looking for a low impact alternative to walking outdoors, while swimming pools are closed where I live (and I am sick of walking the same streets, which is not that safe either). I tried some of the youtube videos and they seem ok, so I wonder if the app is worth it?
