Hi. I am Joe from central NY. I like to run, but starting in September I fell out of training. Even worse, I started eating more and a lot of junk. I am getting back on track by using this app

Hi Joe! Welcome to MFP. I think that the last few months have been hard on a lot of us and picked up a few bad habits a long the way that want to get turned around.
What is your game plan? Do you plan to get back into running? Work on your diet? I have a goal for myself after the first of the year to do strength training 3 days a week, cardio 2 days a week and decrease my alcohol intake. I find for myself it's easier to set concrete goals that I can track and try not to do too much at once so I don't get discouraged.
