Support network - friends needed

Hi All,

I'm 39 and from Yorkshire in the UK. I'm looking to find mutually supportive friends who are looking to lose some weight.

I'm only 5ft4 and weigh 16 stone 3lbs and i'm looking at losing approx 3-4 stone.

I have a family holiday booked in 7 months and would like be as close to my target as i can be and start enjoying life again.

My current weight affects my mood and confidence, although i laugh it off and go along with the usual banter that comes the way of a short fat lad

Any help, advice is welcome...
