Doing the local time trial series again this summer (provided we can race live again) and not coming in third from last in total points. I'll never be at the front of the pack because I don't have an aero, nor do I have aero gear and I'm not into it enough to invest in that...but I'd like to not totally suck either.
I figure last time I did the series a couple years ago I didn't really train specific to TT so not finishing dead last was ok...this year I have a structured training plan going in, so I'd like to be at least middle of the pack.1 -
Unassisted pull up, I can get a chin up but I want to do a pull up. Also, I want to get stronger and look less fluffy. I wouldn't mind getting in a handstand, that was an old goal of mine but got put on the back burner after fracturing my foot.0
