Best MyProtein Impact Whey Powders to Bake/Cook With?

I don't drink protein shakes because I prefer to eat my calories. I use MyProtein Impact Whey Vanilla because it's the most affordable to me rn, but I was looking to extend my cooking to different flavors. I'm looking to make muffins, cookies, add protein to my cereal, proats(protein oats), mug cakes, and other desserts. My questions are:

1. What non vanilla flavors have you cooked with?

2. Has anyone tried baking with the chocolate flavors specifically? Which one holds up the best in terms of being closer to a true chocolate taste, and having a non-frothy texture when cooked?(I'm eyeing Chocolate Smooth and Chocolate Brownie but not sure)

3. Has anyone tried cooking with Cinnamon Roll? Is it true to taste, or is it just vanilla with added cinnamon?
