Back again!!

So it’s been maybe over a year? Maybe way longer.
All I have to say is yikes!!! After having my son I had twin girls and my body will never be the same.
*depressing 🚨 I was changing in the bathroom tonight to go to sleep and I looked at myself in the mirror and was thinking omg what happened?! I know it didn’t happen in a day but I look quite large! I have never seen myself like this ever before. Just in October I took a picture and don’t remember looking that way. I started rubbing my stomach like what happened and seeing stretch marks from having my twin girls. I’m not sure how this happened to be honest. I basically picked myself apart tonight.
I have to do something!!! I’m going to start the day after Christmas and get back to hopefully my pre pregnancy weight.
Anybody want to join me?

    The venerable "Mom bod thread" is currently 35+ pages long and full of mothers who (for any number of reasons beyond weight and constant lack of sleep) have gone from "omg what happened?" 🤔 to "OMG! What happened!" 😍

    Whether or not we exercise, mothering can be a challenge. Picking yourself apart may not be the most positive mindset but it spurred the initial action to come over to MFP again.

    So welcome back, be gentle with yourself, and ask questions along the way!

    I'm curious...what's your initial exercise/nutrition game plan to reach pre-pregnacy weight?
