I make a Cayenne and Tumeric salve for my joint pain!! .... I use half cup of coconut oil , half cup of beeswax beads, and melt it down then I add 1 tbsp of Cayenne and 1 tbsp of tumeric powder to the mixture then I add a little peppermint oil and little bit of ginger oil to it .. Mix it together let it set .... ( Store in a tupperware container) then add it to my joint pain where it is and then wrap it with a wrap or wear something old cause IT will stain ....
