I'm new to this and am trying to find a way to set up a meal plan for 1590 calories, 199 g carbs, 53g fat and 80g protien. I was hoping to find some daily meal plan suggestions that are pre-set and can be tweaked? Any suggestions out there for where to start to build this without starting off incorrectly from the pros out there? Many thanks!

Welcome to MFP! I hope you reach all your goals.
If you want to set your macros by grams, you'll need to upgrade to premium or else just kind of keep an eye on them yourself.
You can go check out the blogs. They have lots of articles about "this is what xxx calories per day looks like" as well as some meal suggestions. Or maybe just start by logging what you already eat and making observations of what things to reduce and what to increase.
And think about things over the course of several days or a week, because your body integrates it all over time. It doesn't have to be perfect every day. A little more protein one day and a little more fat another. As long as it balances over a few days, that's success!0
