Resistance Band Workouts

Hi pals!
I got some resistance bands for Christmas and want to give them a whirl. I know I could google workouts but I’d love to hear your opinions on ones you really like. Hit me up with video recommendations etc. Save me the time of sifting through the bad ones ☺️.
What’s your favourite move? What do you find effective?

Kudos on the new gear! Do you have a routine you're currently doing or one you liked in the past?
I ask because while I have no videos to suggest per se, I just incorporate bands into workouts as a progression/power up.
For example, I'm currently doing Strong Curves (bodyweight version) and whenever there's floor work involving legs - like side lying abductions - out comes my looped band to increase the self-flagellation fitness level 🤷🏿♀️3 -
Do you have the bands with the handles or the loops? I just did this one with the handles on YouTube. It was pretty good.

I usually make up my own exercise routine. If you have Pinterest, you can search resistance band workouts and there are a ton on there as well.
I like using both the handles and loops. With the handles, I can anchor them on the door and get a great upper and lower body workout. I use the loops to do workouts I can’t do with the handles such as side to side squats or hip abductors.2 -
@MaltedTea that’s a great idea! There’s a few no equipment workouts I quite like that would definitely be next level difficult if I used the bands with them. Thanks for the idea!

I LOVE these three freebies from Denise Austin. Upper, lower, then a nifty pilates-inspired all over work out. I do all three most days, or mix it up depending on what else I'm doing. Love Denise's non-annoying voice and genuinely caring attitude. Also, FYI, I use the kind she has in the vids, but mine are from Gaiam. Hope that helps!
