Specific portion weight

In the app Lose It! You can specifically put in a weight of a portion. This app seems to only allow “portions” as outlined on the packet, or you work out a proportion. Would be nice to say 150g quiche. Not 1 portion quiche (120g) and have to then work out the difference. I hope that makes sense.

You can. If you find an item with grams, there's a drop down menu where you can change the portion size and how it's calculated (like from container to gram). Takes some investigative work at times tho. 😀3
