Hello everyone,
I recently gave birth to my second child almost 2 months ago and in that time I still have not been able to redeem my former drive to work out or be active. I have lost weight mostly because I am also chasing after a now almost 3 year old and because I am monitoring my diet more closely than when I was pregnant. I am wondering how to get back into working out and wanting to workout like I did before pregnancy. I feel so unmotivated which is completely unlike me. Any suggestions or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
