I need help/advice please!

Ok, I would like to hear your opinion. I've been dieting for ages, keep my calorie intake around 1200 5 times/week and twice a week I eat around 400 calories (I've been doing this 400 calories thing for 3 weeks only). I spend around 1500 calories/day. I am not losing weight, the calories in x calories out thing doesn't seem to be working. I've tried exercising this week (walk) which I never did before. I went 3 times. It didn't make any difference. I'm freaking out! What shall I do?

If you only have 8 kg to go you are very close to your goal. 1200 is very low but depending on your height etc etc and lack of exercise it could be ok, I don't know. My advice would be to swap out your 400 calorie day for a 1500 ( at least) day. Try it just once, wait three days and then come back to me. This advice is based on the minimal information you have provided, if you are willing to share more please do.
Step two would be to start working out, up the daily calories a bit and focus on transforming your body. My mom restricted her calories like a mad woman last year and is now a size two skeleton with fat and loose skin hanging down, I made her eat and sent her to a trainer! Skinny fat is not sexy!0
