The day after race day

In spite of the ice water bath and the CBD cream massage following yesterday’s race, I woke up this morning with my quads in pain.
A cold swim might help. But I’m rethinking gym day.
Any thoughts ?

    Kudos on the race! If you can, chill a bit today with stretching, foam rolling etc.
