New to group 60 plus for me

I have started to use this app. I have been below the calorie in take. For the past 2 days. I am now pre diabetes again. Just had physical this past week at Dr. Office. Looking to lose 50 plus lbs.

    Welcome to MFP. It's a great way to be accountable to yourself, and that's all that matters. There's a number of groups for people over 60 in the Groups section.

    Fifty pounds is a good goal. Totally possible. Slow and steady wins the race. If you lose only a half pound a week, in a year, you will have surpassed your goal! And today is a great day to start. You've already got a two-day head start. You might be amazed at how your health markers and blood tests improve with some weight loss. Even better if you can get some exercise, but to lose weight, you've got the right idea. Fewer calories in than out.
