I've been following their page and workout programs, and just wondering if anyone has tried their supplements. Any pros or cons?

As a former "use em all" supplement user, I can tell you emphatically that 90% of the supplements out there are pretty useless. While you may need some to help supplement what you lack, the claims by many of the companies out there are exaggerated and sometimes outrageous. And they are ALLOWED to pretty much say what they want as long as they don't claim it can cure diseases, stop you from seeing a doctor, etc. (hence the FDA warning labels on ALL SUPPLEMENTS). They aren't regulated by the FDA but the DSHEA and DSHEA is VERY LAX at any regulation. It's why the supplement business rakes in billions of dollars a year, but really has little evidence to actually prove that whatever they are selling actually works.
Get a peer reviewed study on whatever you're taking. NOT a TESTIMONIAL or opinion from some supplement guru. After I get many peer reviews on supplements, I practically quit taking all of them with the exception of protein and fish oil. The rest is pretty much useless if you're eating enough food to get in your RDA's.

With supplements I would suggest starting from what you are, or maybe suspect you are likely to be, deficient in. I definitely wouldn't start from recommendations from a company that makes its money from selling supplements due to the obvious conflict of interest.
And then I'd also check if particular supplements are actually likely to be effective and safe with a site like examine.com before making a decision.
My personal supplementation is fish oil, Vit D in winter (my levels are good in summer when I'm outside a lot), and whey protein once in a while for convenience.3 -
Based on their page, its just a bunch of junk marketing.
But which one are you specifically looking at and what is your goal of the supplement?4
