I intend on doing intermittent fasting for 16 hours. I will log all of my calories I will work out for approximately 1 hour.

    Drink my water and eat below my calorie goal. I have lost 55lbs so far and need to lose 30lb more.

    Get in a lifting session. Log all my food. Stay away from the cookies. Lol

    Oh, I really should focus more on my water intake. I am so bad at that.

    @KickassAmazon76 I actually drink unsweet green tea instead of water, some benefits to it and taste better.

    I am bad at just not drinking anything. I can go most of the day on my first cup of coffee.

    It's bad.
