Hello! 36 yo F here in the Chicago area. I've been struggling with my weight for about 2 years now. I work out daily, it mostly clean and recently cut gluten and dairy and have not dropped an ounce. Its been months of this. I also just found out that I am officially pre-diabetic. How am I supposed to avoid diabetes if I cant stop any weight 😫

Cutting food groups isn’t the solution, reducing your overall calories in is. Do you use a food scale and weigh each of your foods? Do you count the cals in drinks you have? Are you over estimating how many calories you’ve gained back from exercising?
While on here I’d let mfp set your stats based on your personal goals. If you stick to the calories it gives you and you still haven’t lost weight in a month then I’d look at consulting a doctor1
