Feel like I'm starting over

So I started using MFP last year and in 5 months (from July-Nov) I lost 50lbs.
Ever since that time I've hit a wall and been at a standstill. I've lost nothing.
Zero, Zilch. So disappointed.
I have finally had enough and I'm biting the bullet and going to a personal trainer twice a week come Sept.
On my off days from her, I'll do cardio by myself.
Anyone else feel like they are starting all over again??????

Sorry to hear your progress is not where you want to be.
I hope the personal trainer can get you on a good path.0 -
If you haven't lost anything since then just think as long as you haven't put all those 50lbs back on then your hard work has not gone. Remember what you were capable of doing before and stick at it this time and you'll get what you want! I was feeling like this the last few weeks and then realised it's not all bad and i have been saying changes and not to be too harsh on myself, good luck stick with it (: x0

I agree, that's what my trainer has said as well. So as of last week I'm on a strict regimen of Mon/Wed/Fri cardio and Tues/Thurs trainer for strength. So far so good!! She is kicking my butt!!!!0

I treat each day as a new start... as in "How can I do better than yesterday?" Because I know that I can somehow do better, even if only a little.0
