Hi all,


LIke many of you guys and gals I need a good kick up the *kitten* sometimes! would love to start a small group or one on one on whatsapp, kik or snapchat where there are no taboos about out weight our body image and everyone is equal. I am married and have children, i was made redundant due to Covid and in the process of starting our own business so yes I can relate to the pressures of life, mentally and physically.

I have over 150lbs to lose and this for me is the real attempt the final attempt. I am based in ireland some people in the same time zone would be good but offer open to all.

I need this, I also want to help others reach their goal!
