So I can scan sausages but I prepare them in oil and fry them 🥴
How can I figure out the extra calories for that.. I mean I guess it’s the same for fried chicken breasts ..... how much calories from oil should I add?? Thanks for the help!!!! ☘️

You can measure the oil prior to putting it in the pan.2

I use a good quality nonstick pan to cook both, and ditch the oil altogether.
Can even stir Fry and make fajitas in a good one.2 -
Measure the oil, and log ot0

If I am panfrying, I just measure the oil and add that.
However, if you want to ditch the oil as well as dry frying in a non stick pan, you can also throw them in the oven for about 25 mins at 180, gets them nicely browned too!1
