Hey everyone I'm Charne. I used to be 268 pounds and lost half my body weight. I've been really trying to tone up and I've been successful in making progress but I've really wanted to come back to my fitness pal to give myself some structure. I want to be active in tracking my eating habits, workout habits and setting clear cut goals that I can visually see. I used this to lose weight and I want to now use this to really structure my body and be the best version of myself. I'm super excited to see what MyfitnessPal can help me accomplish and being apart of the community again LET'S GET IT!!!

Well done that's amazing. There's a great thread in the Maintenance board about Recomp (Body recomposition - i.e. building muscle whilst maintaining or slowly losing fat) that might be useful to you, I haven't got it handy just now but will try and paste it in later (it's in the Most Helpful posts on the Maintenance board if you want to take a look)0
