The promise of Mondays

Hope I'm not intruding on this group. I have been looking for something to join that can motivate me and give me that push I need to see the possibilities of tomorrow and not how disappointments of today. I'm tired of starting a 'new plan' every Monday. Having a fitness background and having experience working at weightloss clinic I'm great for motivating others I just dont follow my own advice. I know what I should do but dont seem to be able to do it. So if ya'll need a word of advice I'm here! Because of covid my workouts are nil and my eating habits are that of a 5yr old junk food junky. If it has sugar in it I'm eating double. I've started logging my meals again. I will start working out again. I seriously dont want to feel my body in workout clothes or the weight of it when I'm exercising. Does that make sense? Hope to hear from someone with the sme issues so we can work through them and get to our goals
