Newby..friends wanted & appreciated!❤

Hi. My name is Susan. I'm ready to learn about losing weight (I have type 2 diabetes), starting to exercise, & get healthier. Any help & suggestions are appreciated! My first goal is to lower my diabetic testing nimbers, then to get off insulin, and eventually, hopefully, off medications altogether, but step by step first, so here I am...weighed in & ready to go :)

    I don't do low carb, but did for a fairly long time due to my ex and grandfather both being diabetic and me cooking for them.

    Take it slow, work on lowering your sugar and carb intake, and working out, even if its just a small walk daily!

    As I said, I don't follow low carb but you are welcome to add me as a friend if you'd like!
