Still exercising

Although lost 25 lbs, I still exercise regularly.

    The two are not mutually exclusive. 😊

    Exercise is good for so much more than losing weight... Increased strength, increases cardio health, increased bone density... It's a gift that keeps on giving.

    Heck, I was exercising (lots) for over a decade while obese, without losing a pound (it's easy for me to eat back a few hundred extra calories, when not tracking). Kept exercising during weight loss, still exercising now in year 5+ of maintaining a healthy weight.

    It sounds like you've figured out an exercise routine that's positive and sustainable for you, which is a really powerful positive for your health and well-being. Good show! Also, congrats on losing the 25 pounds! 🙂
