I was unwell on the 7th and was unable to eat much food, hence the jump between the 7th and the 8th, was expecting the scale to up today I was able to eat a normal amount on the 8th and thus would have more food still inside me digesting, so was pleasantly surprised to see another dip in the figures.

Just keep doing the right things. Stick to your calorie limit and exercise as often as possible (even lightly, walking etc.).

Thank you! Yes, maybe it was water weight. I couldn’t weigh in yesterday as I was travelling, but this morning my weight is happily back to 59.3. Will watch my food carefully and hope for the weight to start dropping soon!
