Recommitting

I have been allowing myself some extra treats for the past week- I tracked every day but Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve. I chose to be lax and enjoy the holidays- my weight is up a couple of pounds- not unexpected and I am in a place where I can handle it emotionally. I did continue to exercise during the week. I am recommitting to healthy eating today. Here’s to continued weight loss and improved health in 2021. Good luck to all who are comitting or recommitting today.

    Good for you. Those couple of pounds are likely to be water weight. But even if it is genuine fat - you've got the tools and the motivation to shift what ever weight you want.
