New year's resolutions

My New year's resolutions are more detailed this year because I realize I have to set goals to get to my goals. I will reach my goal weight and continue to maintain it throughout the year. I will work out at least four times a week. I will learn more about nutrition and the needs of my body. I will plan meals. I will not procrastinate and I will handle the details of my business.

personally, i dont make resolutions. i never have. if I want to make a change, I do it, regardless of the date.
