    45 pounds in 17 weeks is unrealistic.

    even if you only lose 17 pounds in 17 weeks (which is far more realistic and attainable), that is a REMARKABLE achievement!

    @callsitlikeiseeit the first time I went through this change I lost 31lbs in 14 weeks. Tracked my progress daily & took pictures. Unfortunately I got there and didn’t stick with tracking went back to eating fast food 3 times a day daily. And I’m back to square one. I’ve done it once & I’ll be sure to do it again!

    Eat enough, in moderation & sustain yourself. ❤️
