Hi everyone! 2020 has been an extremely difficult year. I know it will continue to be, but I’m ready to turn a little inwards and focus on my health. I have about 40-50 pounds to lose. I’d appreciate any positivity/inspiration and would love to cheer you on, too! ✨

Welcome to MFP. I’ve been on MFP on and off since 2014. As I got older, losing weight became harder so I’m back again and more determined and focused to lose 30-40 lbs slowly. Let’s make 2021 our year! Cheers!1
