Total weight lost: 3 lbs this week.
This week's successes: I am following an Insulin Resistance eating plan. I tracked my food/calories every day, and though I was over my calorie goal 2 times, I was on average 79 calories under per day.
This week's challenges: working in some exercise. We did walk to the cluster mailboxes once. This week will try to do some Silver Sneakers tapes.1 -

This week's successes: I am following an Insulin Resistance eating plan. I tracked my food/calories 5 days, and though I was over my calorie goal 3 times, I was on average 7 calories under per day.
This week's challenges: working in some exercise. We did walk to the cluster mailboxes once. I did not do any Silver Sneakers tapes, but I had some clean up work to do 2 days at a house that we are trying to sell.
Next week will be busy and somewhat stressful, so my plan is to stay on track diet wise.0 -
