    Thank you so much! I started doing weighted workouts alongside practicing better eating habits. That’s all :)

    In between both pictures I lost 5kgs (about 11 pounds) which isn’t that much, but to me it was a milestone since I have PCOS and it’s extremely hard for me to lose weight.
