How can I keep juicing low calorie?

Hey y'all!

I just picked up a juicer because

a) I love carrot juice
b) It's the best way to trick my significant other into eating fruits & vegetables.

I'm also trying to maintain a 1500 calorie diet. I would really like to be able to work more than 1 glass of juice into my diet per day, and stay in my same calorie range.

Right now, I've only made carrot juice, which is fairly high-calorie.

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for recipes that both taste good and are low calorie (ideally, 100ish calories for 12-16oz.)

It looks like celery and cucumber may be good options, but I am super new to juicing, and don't know what all will taste great with them (or if I can do celery+cucumber alone).

Thanks!

The best way to keep cals low is to use mostly green veggies. Google "green juices" and you'll find lots of recipes.
  • My favorite juice right now is - 1 cucumber, 1 lemon, ginger, 1 small apple, kale/spinach, and celery YUM
