I'm new to MyFitnessPal, but I've had my Fitbit Inspire for a while now. I'm ready to change my physical and mental health now that the craziness of 2020 is nearly over. I don't know what to say, so if you want to know more about me, just ask.

I think you'll find some good support here as well as some good advice. You'll also find some that's not so good, so walk carefully.
Do you have any specific weight management or fitness goals? A really great way to start is just to log all your food and exercise honestly. This will give you a baseline to see where there are places to improve and where you're doing good.
