Greetings all! After logging everything for something like 7 years I took a break back in October. It was refreshing, though I habitually reached for my phone to log for weeks after quitting.
I had quit logging because I knew it no longer influenced my eating - those good habits were well ingrained. And it hasn’t. No gain.
My husband needs support for his own weight loss so I’m logging again starting yesterday. It feels good and I’m sure will help him.
